Traralgon Farmers Market

The Traralgon Farmers Market is held on the fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 12 noon. The market sells fresh regional produce from around Gippsland: vegetables, organics, meat, eggs, honey, olives, cakes and so much more. The market is operated by the Lions Club of Traralgon and any funds raised by the Lions go back into the local community. Kay Street Gardens, Traralgon.

Latrobe Country Market

A great variety of new and second hand goods, family canteen, crafts, plants, bric-a-brac, cut price groceries and a great atmosphere are all aspects of the Latrobe Country Market which is held every Sunday, 8:30am - 1:30pm. Latrobe Road, Morwell.

Miniature Steam and Diesel Train Rides

The Gippsland Model Engineering Society will be providing miniature steam and diesel train rides for all ages at Newman Park Railway, next to Victory Park, Peterkin Street, Traralgon. (weather permitting). The Railway has 200 metres of 3½" Gauge track, and 1,100 metres of parkland 5" and 7¼" Gauge track crossing three small bridges. Connecting tracks, sidings & steaming bays add another 500 metres of track. Newman Park, Peterkin Street, Traralgon.
