Terms & Conditions

Persons under 18

Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make a reservation.  We reserve the right to cancel any of these reservations.

Payment Terms:

First nights tariff is required as a security deposit with payment in full required upon check-in.  If booking only one (1) night stay a payment in full is required when booking.

On-line: Full payment is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If more than 7 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation during off-peak season, guests will be refunded their deposit less a $AUD50.00 cancellation fee per cabin/site. If less than 7 days notice is given for a cancellation, no refund. At least 7 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of $50 per reservation will apply for each date change or change of cabin/site type made. Date changes are subject to availability.

If cancelling within 7 days of due arrival date no refund will be given.

If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Park Lane Holiday Parks reserves the right to cancel bookings for 'no shows'.

Peak Season

Includes Christmas, long weekends, Easter and special events - bookings require a security deposit of the first nights tariff when booking – then full payment 56 days prior to arrival.

Peak Season:

  • Christmas bookings require a $100 deposit per site and $200 per cabin/villa with payment of the balance due by the 31st October of that year.
  • Easter bookings require a $100 deposit per site and $200 per cabin/villa with payment of the balance due by the 1st February 2012.
  • Bendigo Groovin the Moo event requires a deposit payment of $100 per site and $200 per cabin/villa at time of booking with balance by 28th February, 2012.

Payment Methods:

You have the choice of one of the following payment options:

  • Visa or Mastercard at time of booking and for all on-line bookings.
  • Cheque/money-order within 5 business days – please note name and reservation number on the back.  (not available for on-line bookings)
  • Direct deposit within 3 business days – please quote your reservation number to identify your payment. (not available for on-line bookings)

Rate Inclusions for Bookings

  • All rates are quoted for 2 guests only
  • Extra person charge for cabin/villa accommodation is $17 per person per night
  • Extra person charge for sites/ensuite sites is $12 per person per night

Accommodation Allocation:

We endeavour to provide the accommodation you have booked, however we reserve the right to re-allocate to the same style of accommodation if deemed necessary.

Villa and site capacity

  • Villas - extra persons complies with maximum villa occupancy for each villa type
  • Sites - maximum persons per site is 6

Arrival and Departure times:
Villas

  • Check-in is 2.00pm
  • Check-out is 10.00am
  • If arriving after 7pm please contact the park prior to 6.00pm to make arrangements for afterhours arrival key/site allocations

Sites

  • Check-in is 12 noon
  • Check-out is 10.00am or by arrangement with management.  
  • If arriving after 7.00pm please contact the park prior to 6.00pm to make arrangements for afterhours arrival key/site allocations

Late Check-out

A late checkout is available subject to availability. These will incur a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.

Early Departure:

 No refunds are available should you decide to shorten your stay after arrival.

Group Bookings

  • Park Lane Holiday Parks offer great deals for group/club bookings – please speak with management for specials and inclusions.
  • We require a nominated contact person for the group/club
  • All bookings require a security deposit of $50 per site and $100 per cabin/villa when booking

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted in the park at the Park Managers discretion. Owners are required to ensure that pets are under control at all times, when walking your pet within the park you must use a leash at all times and collect/dispose of droppings. We provide dispenser bags for your convenience.

Pets must not be left unattended at any time during your stay. Pets are not permitted in or near amenities, park ensuites or villas.  Our budget cabins are designated for pets to be inside.

Bunk Beds

Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003 “Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk, children must not play on top bunk”.  Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

Supplies

A complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and soap are provided in your cabin and villa accommodation but please note these are not restocked during your stay.
