Spring School Holiday Activities at Park Lane Holiday Parks

Make the spring school holidays easy with kids activities, games, movies and family fun at Park Lane Holiday Parks across Victoria, NSW and Queensland

School holiday fun is sorted

The spring school holidays are nearly here, and Park Lane Holiday Parks has packed the calendar with plenty of reasons for the kids to put down the screens and join the fun. From slime making and colour runs to movie nights, scavenger hunts, craft sessions and friendly competitions, there is something happening across our parks throughout the break.

Whether you are staying by the river, escaping to the coast or enjoying a country getaway, our school holiday programs make it easy to fill the days without filling the car. Take a look at what is happening at each Park Lane location and start planning your stay.

Bendigo

Bendigo is bringing the fun from morning to night with arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, outdoor games, fairy floss, cookie decorating and regular train rides. Friday movie nights are ready for a relaxed family wind-down, while footy fans can catch the Grand Final on the big screen. Better yet, Parky’s Play and its four-storey indoor play centre are open every day of the school holidays, so there is always a wet-weather plan ready to go.

Phillip Island

There is something different to try each day at Phillip Island, including slime making, science experiments, sensory play, team games, trivia and a kids talent show. Young footy fans can design their own jersey and Grand Final sign, while scavenger hunts and Where’s Parky challenges add a little mystery to the holiday. Staying at Park Lane Phillip Island also puts you next door to A Maze’N Things, with in-house guests receiving 50% off general admission.

Shepparton

The Shepparton program mixes creative mornings with relaxed family evenings. Kids can make bracelets, paint rocks, decorate a pot and plant a seed, join scavenger hunts and play outdoor sports. Movie nights and kids trivia with hot Milo and marshmallows round out the week, while the park’s playgrounds and famous tyre maze leave plenty of room for self-guided fun between activities.

Traralgon

Traralgon is turning the energy all the way up with colour runs, bubble and fluro parties, rock painting, milkshake making and family trivia. The second week brings daily K-pop discos with Rumi, while train rides run every day throughout the holidays. Between activities, families can keep moving at Parky’s Play, mini golf, the ropes course and laser tag.

Wonthaggi

Creative kids will have plenty to keep their hands busy at Wonthaggi, with mini canvas painting, mask decorating, paper flag making and rock painting on the schedule. There is also a pasta tower challenge, trivia, a paper plane competition, an egg and spoon race and a footy handball competition. Finish the day with a movie and popcorn night, or make a splash in the indoor heated pool.

Yarra Valley

Yarra Valley is running a massive lineup with two activities most days – slime making, bingo, rock painting, sand art, snowglobes, musical chairs, trivia, playdough making and even Ultimate Werewolf for the older kids. With morning and afternoon sessions running poolside at the camp kitchen, it’s high energy and fun for all ages.

Noosa North Shore

Noosa North Shore is made for active families. The program includes daily laser tag and bouldering, paddleboard and canoe sessions, beach games, movie nights and family trivia at Sunset Social. There are also selected surfing and high ropes sessions for an extra charge, plus night laser tag and neon bouldering for after-dark adventures. Some sessions require bookings, so visit reception when you arrive to lock in your favourites.

Deniliquin

Spring days by the Edward River come with a little extra fun at Park Lane Deniliquin. Kids can join nature scavenger hunts, test their skills in the badminton competition, decorate their own biscuit and enter the colouring competition. With plenty of room to ride, play and explore around the park, it is an easy-going school holiday escape for the whole family.

Pick your park and pack for fun

School holiday activities are a brilliant bonus, but the fun does not stop when the scheduled session ends. Across Park Lane Holiday Parks, families can enjoy playgrounds, jumping pillows, pools, games rooms and plenty of space to reconnect, with facilities varying by location.

Choose your park, check the full activity program and book your spring school holiday stay before the family favourites fill up.
